Lana's Life has added about 100,000 subscribers in a day, but there isn't a matching surge in daily views: those are running below the channel's usual pace. The subscriber jump arrives alongside a mix of makeup challenges, avatar jokes and forest-game oddities.
In "Recreating DTI HALLOWEEN FACES in FACECARD!", Lana sets herself a specific task: reproduce Dress to Impress makeup looks in FaceCard: Makeup Showdown, with 15 minutes for each face. Rather than assembling a whole runway outfit, the challenge narrows the attention to the makeup itself.
Dress to Impress has already supplied some of the channel's most-watched longer videos. Its leading regular upload, "DRESS TO IMPRESS IN REAL LIFE W/ LANA RAE", took the fashion-game premise outside Roblox. This time, Lana is carrying its looks into another game.
Elsewhere in the recent lineup, a 99 Nights in the Forest upload brings wax-cracking squishies into the woodland setting. It has drawn considerably more views than the makeup challenge so far. The channel's new arrivals aren't all following the same fashion brief.
