The diamond spree sits right after "The OreWars Of Hermitcraft Have Begun!", which is a few days older and has quietly gathered the larger total, close to 700,000 views. Diamonds are the currency on the Hermitcraft server, so a war over ores and a shopping bill that size belong to the same story. Further back, the two-month-old "I Built The Decked Out Forest!" is still picking up a steady trickle. Decked Out is the dungeon game fellow Hermit TangoTek built back in season 7.

With the pause, the channel ran below its usual daily pace, and the subscriber count held where it was. Among Minecraft creators of similar size, GeminiTay, Scar's Hermitcraft neighbor, is having a big stretch, well above her normal pace.
