Chucky moves into the White House on Fear's channel

A new Good Guy doll owner, President Collins' young son Henry, anchors a fifteen-upload week built largely on the Chucky TV series.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Where does a killer doll go after the cemetery? Straight to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, if the week's uploads on Fear: The Home Of Horror are any guide. The clips channel posted fifteen videos, and the busiest of them follow young Henry Collins, son of the fictional President James Collins, who finds Chucky sitting on the grass beside a gravestone and is allowed to keep him because it makes him smile again.

The next scene, with Chucky passing through a White House X-ray scanner, sits right behind it. These come from the Chucky television series, whose third season moved the doll into the presidential residence. Another clip goes back to Tiffany Valentine, Jennifer Tilly's character, facing a death sentence, with Nika Pierce watching from a wheelchair.

All six of the most-watched new clips went up on the same day, and none has had long to build yet. Their first-day totals are in the low thousands, modest next to the several hundred thousand views the channel's catalog draws on an ordinary day, and subscriber numbers held level.

Among movie and TV clip channels, it sits in the middle by subscribers. Nerdist is running ahead of its usual pace, while Ivan Mars - Movie Detective keeps close to its routine near a million views a day.
