Motherwell-Celtic adds a Scottish chapter to Golazo Europe's catch-up

Celtic arrived after a loss to Rangers; Motherwell were trying to recover from three straight defeats. That was the setup for CBS Sports Golazo - Europe's most watched new upload, "Motherwell vs. Celtic: Extended Highlights | SPFL | CBS Sports Golazo," which reached about 4,000 views.

The Scottish fixture provided a change of scenery in a week packed with Championship highlights. Swansea-Norwich came with contrasting league positions: the description placed Swansea first and Norwich well down the table. Bolton-Stoke paired two teams finding form, with Bolton coming off consecutive wins and Stoke having won four of its previous five matches. Charlton-Bristol City, Preston-Millwall and Sheffield United-Lincoln City also joined the catch-up collection.

Motherwell-Celtic is drawing the strongest daily audience on the channel, too. Bolton-Stoke and Blackburn-Cardiff are the next most active highlights, so the fresh match coverage is doing much of the viewing work.

Subscribers were unchanged over the week, while the channel added about 20,000 views. Its current daily viewing is above its usual level, though its weekly audience was modest beside nearby football channels. Zac Djellab and Chuff Footy Reacts had substantial viewing weeks; Open Goal also drew a much larger weekly audience. For Golazo Europe's viewers, the useful addition is straightforward: a nine-upload set of match replays, with Scotland supplying the week's biggest draw.
