Caylus takes horror beyond the screen with real-life hiding

Six uploads mix an unusual horror premise with a megastore survival challenge and rising water in GTA 5.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

This Horror Game Makes You HIDE IN REAL LIFE..

"This Horror Game Makes You HIDE IN REAL LIFE.." gives Caylus a problem that apparently cannot be solved just by moving a character. The real-life hiding premise drew the largest audience among his six new uploads, reaching about 715,000 views.

The comments offer a suitably late-night companion to that title: one viewer describes watching alone on their phone at midnight, while another wants Caylus to try it with Tomo. Others are asking him to return to an unfinished building game. Even with new scares arriving, there is homework from previous playthroughs.

GTA 5 supplied much of the rest of the schedule. "Surviving 100 Nights in MEGASTORE in GTA 5.." was the next most watched new upload, alongside a separate collection of increasingly unruly mods. The newest addition, "GTA 5 But Water Rises Every Second..", turns the environment itself into a ticking clock. It currently has the strongest daily viewing of any upload on the channel, followed by "PAPERHEAD..". "Do Not TRUST The Shapes.. (Chapter 2)" rounded out the week with a continuation rather than a fresh start.

Caylus added about 100,000 subscribers over the week, and daily viewing is running modestly above its usual level. Among nearby variety-gaming channels, Markiplier had a particularly substantial viewing week; Caylus and SSundee both drew weekly audiences in a similar range. For Caylus, the freshest momentum comes from rising water and PAPERHEAD, even as real-life hiding remains the week's most watched new premise.
