Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Guess the Color BEHIND THE SCENES! #minecraft #shorts

Four colored slots, four waiting characters and a camera operator with a tripod: Cash's latest behind-the-scenes setup is itself a Minecraft animation, not a peek at a real recording session.

In "Guess the Color BEHIND THE SCENES! #minecraft #shorts", the characters drop from a cobblestone ledge into purple, yellow, cyan and red spaces. A blue-hooded transformation and a clown-themed avatar give the wordless routine its little surprises before everyone waves their arms together. It is the week's most-watched new upload, approaching a million views. In the comments, some viewers are remembering when they first started watching Cash and Nico.

The longer adventures have been busy too. "Would You Rather: SUPERHERO Edition! (Minecraft)" and "Minecraft, But DAMAGE = OVERPOWERED!" have drawn substantial audiences, while "Why Cash Ate Nico's ENTIRE WORLD.." is currently adding views faster than either. The title makes Nico's world sound like a rather ambitious snack.

Across the channel, Cash added about 34 million views over the week. Daily viewing is now nearly twice its usual level, though the subscriber count stayed unchanged. Nearby Minecraft channels camman18 and Maizen also had big viewing weeks; PrestonPlayz and EYstreem are currently running below their usual daily pace.

For Cash, the strongest immediate momentum belongs to two more Shorts: "BUFF CASH Prank! #minecraft #shorts" and "Cash is a GIANT! #minecraft #shorts". Oversized Cash is having a productive stretch.
