Laundry duty gives BFordLancer a different football career

His kitman game joins a Bundesliga-Serie A all-star match in a two-upload week.

Preparing jerseys and doing the laundry aren't the usual route to football glory, but they supply BFordLancer's newest gaming assignment. In "I Became A Football Kitman...", he takes on the behind-the-scenes work of keeping a team equipped rather than putting the ball in the net.

It was the bigger draw of his two new uploads, reaching roughly 132,000 views and attracting requests for a second part. Viewers are also suggesting other football jobs to try, including groundskeeping, while some want another outing with the referee simulator. A small football-employment series seems to be taking shape, at least in the comment section.

The week's other upload, "BUNDESLIGA vs. SERIE A... in FC27!", returns to a more familiar assignment: assembling all-star teams from Germany's and Italy's top leagues and putting them into a match. Its opening-day audience was smaller than the kitman video's.

The kitman upload also has the strongest daily momentum on the channel. September's Short "1v1 vs Speed in the Grounds!", featuring IShowSpeed, remains active, as does "I Became A Football Referee.." In that game, Football Referee Life Simulator, BFordLancer plays a corrupt official, a very different kind of responsibility from keeping the kits clean.

Across the channel, weekly views rose by about 2.3 million while subscribers stayed unchanged. Daily viewing is close to its usual level. Among nearby sports-and-racing gaming channels, Danny Aarons had a much larger viewing week, while BlackPanthaa's weekly gain was in a similar neighborhood to BFordLancer's. Here, the fresh attraction is football's less glamorous work, with the laundry getting its own billing.
