Shane Gillis' Ex-Girlfriend Just Dropped a Nuke..
Nine uploads gave Asmongold Clips plenty to discuss, but Shane Gillis became the week's recurring subject. The official highlights channel, owned by Asmongold and run by Daily Dose of Asmongold, posted several excerpts of his stream reactions to the comedian's SNL backlash.
The most watched was "Shane Gillis' Ex-Girlfriend Just Dropped a Nuke..", with roughly 3.6 million views. Its description frames the reaction around a public response from Gillis' ex-girlfriend. The preceding upload, "Shane Gillis just got cancelled..", focused on the performance backlash itself; that title is the channel's characterization, not an announcement that a show or engagement was canceled.
A later reaction, "Shane Gillis is a f*cking GENIUS..", brings Tires into the discussion. The description connects the controversy with the Netflix show's release timing. That excerpt remains one of the channel's busiest uploads, though a newer reaction concerning allegations in the Cornell controversy currently draws the most daily views.
Across the channel, the week brought about 27 million views and a modest subscriber gain. Daily viewing is substantially above its usual level. Among nearby stream-highlights channels, DrDonut Clips also had a substantial week, while MiniminterClips' subscriber count was unchanged. For Asmongold Clips, the distinctive thread was returning to Gillis from several angles rather than leaving the subject at a single reaction.
