Poor Little Girl Finds Her Halloween Colors 👧

A little pumpkin-costumed character has carried ArtTime Ideas past a million views on a Halloween Short. Posted four days ago, the video added roughly 770,000 views in its latest day, far faster than its earlier pace.

The setup is a small rescue by marker: an uncolored cartoon girl cries in a pumpkin patch, then the scene switches to an artist's hand working on paper. Dark brown fills the shoes, orange fills the pumpkin costume and matching hat, and yellow finishes the hair. Animation takes over at the end, turning the completed drawing into a laughing dancer.

It's a seasonal variation on the channel's color-restoration stories. Lisa, who introduces herself in the channel's description, makes drawing tutorials for children, parents, teachers and beginners. Her other Halloween uploads give similar makeovers to candy, candles and a Numberblocks character. Here, the costume's jack-o'-lantern face gives the artist a second expression to fill in alongside the girl's own.
