On a usual day, 1980sGamer's catalog pulls in somewhere above three million views. This stretch ran a little softer than that, and yet the newest short is moving faster than anything else on the channel: "Matt’s Sealed Game Boy From 1990" was a single day old and already running well ahead of every other upload. The tags point to Matt's mother and a boxed Tetris-era handheld, which is about as on-brand as this channel gets.
Fifteen shorts went up in the week, and the recurring cast was out in force. Timmy traded for something called Drizzilizzies, Stu cut a live commercial, Steve found free money in games, and Nintendo acquired a robotic lawyer.
