Russell Brand's 'Tortoises and “zwischen”' wakes after a silent start

Two near-identically titled 'no way' videos opened fastest, but the third-day riser is now setting his channel's pace.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

No f*cking way...No f*cking way...

Among political commentators, Russell Brand and Philip DeFranco sit almost shoulder to shoulder, with nearly the same subscriber counts and nearly the same daily views, the calmest pair on a list where MeidasTouch runs at a volume all its own. For Brand, that pace is simply his usual one.

Fifteen uploads went up, and two of them share a title shape: "No f*cking way..." and "There's no way...". The second one had the quicker first day, while the first holds the biggest total of the week, close to two hundred thousand views. "Trump Just Made a HUGE Move on Greenland - SF760" also opened briskly, then cooled almost completely.

The real turn came from somewhere else. "Tortoises and “zwischen” | SS21" (zwischen is German for "between") drew essentially nothing on its first day. Now it is the fastest-moving video on the channel, pulling ahead of both "no way" uploads, with nearly all of its views arriving in one recent stretch.
