JayzTwoCents' Xbox spy-patent news outruns his whole channel's pace
A 20-day-old case review past a million views is still keeping step with this week's NVIDIA video.

NVIDIA will never be the same
A news roundup did the loudest work on JayzTwoCents this week. "NEWS - Microsoft Files for Spy Patent while also laying off more XBOX staff" went up on Sunday, and within a day it was drawing views faster than the entire channel usually does in a day. It also opened quicker than either of the week's other two uploads.
The first of those, "This $49 Case PROVES you can have Quality AND Value...", has since settled into a gentle trickle. "NVIDIA will never be the same" opened strongly on Wednesday and has cooled considerably in the four days since. It is now barely ahead of a case video from early September, "The EX5 Plus just changed the way I look at PC cases...", which has passed 1.3 million views and is still pulling steadily at twenty days old. Cases, it seems, have a long life on this channel.
The channel as a whole ran exactly at its usual pace. Among technology review channels, Jay sits second by subscribers in a group of nine, and his daily views are almost level with Nikola Toy's. CNET is busy, while CarterPCs is drawing views on a scale no one else in the group comes near.
